1. Refund Policy
We make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, please speak with the manager to discuss alternative solutions or adjustments. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds but are happy to adjust services to meet your expectations.
2. Gift Cards
Gift cards are a wonderful and convenient gift for any occasion. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used for services or products at our salon.
3. Appointment Policy
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may be canceled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but in order to maintain service quality for all customers, we must adhere to our scheduled timings.
4. Deposit
A deposit is required when booking an appointment to secure your slot, If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification, the deposit is non- refundable. This helps us manage our schedule and serve our customers more efficiently.
